If you’re anything like me, you’re probably looking for where to find the best children’s clothing in Indianapolis. Thankfully, new and seasoned parents in our area are fortunate to have several charming baby and child boutiques offering a curated selection of stylish and practical items. Hey Little Diddle – Carmel, IN

One of my favorite baby and child boutiques in the Indianapolis area is Hey Little Diddle, located in the Carmel City Center shopping area. Hey Little Diddle actually has two locations that are walking distance to each other. Their first location is Hey Little Diddle – Baby for preemies through age 1 (736 Hanover Place Carmel, Indiana 46032). Another is Hey Little Diddle – Child is for littles ages 1-7 (730 South Rangeline Road Carmel, Indiana 46032). Both stores are excellent and carry all of my favorite children’s clothing brands including Noralee, Rylee + Cru, Pink Chicken, Konges Slojd, Jamie Kay, Quincy Mae, L’oved Baby, and Lou Lou & Company. In addition to baby and children’s clothing, they also carry a beautiful selection of books, toys, decor, and more. Hey Little Diddle boutique is special experience and an absolute MUST visit for all new and seasoned parents alike.

Little Tulip Tree – Carmel, IN

Another charming top baby and child boutique is Little Tulip Tree, a Beaufort Bonnet Signature Store. Little Tulip Tree recently opened in spring 2023 in the Carmel City Center in the Nash building at 840 S. Rangeline Road. This southern-inspired boutique features Beaufort Bonnet brand clothing and accessories for babies through age 14, along with an adorable selection of books and toys. Beaufort Bonnet is known for its light and bright colors and signature preppy and coastal style. I always fall in love with their sweet seasonal prints and the timeless style of their children’s clothing. Without a doubt, this store is another must-visit for all Indianapolis area parents!

Kits and Kaboodle Classic Toys – Carmel, IN

While in Carmel, you definitely can’t miss my favorite toy store – Kits and Kaboodle Classic Toys. This store is also located in the Carmel City Center at 723 Hanover Place Carmel, IN. Local toy stores are so hard to find these days, and I promise this one will not disappoint! Kits and Kaboodle will wow you and your children from the moment you step inside their European-inspired toy shop. Their store is filled to brim with unique toys, books, games, puzzles and more for kids of every age. There is truly something for everyone! I love shopping at Kits and Kaboodle for birthdays and holidays to find special gifts for my children. And don’t miss their special seasonal events for extra fun for your little ones. We’re truly so lucky to have a locally owned toy store as wonderful as Kits and Kaboodle nearby!

Roman & Leo – Fishers, IN

Let’s head to downtown Fishers and talk about one of the best baby and child boutiques for all you boy moms out there – Roman & Leo. That’s right, Roman & Leo sells exclusively boys’ children’s apparel featuring modern and trendy styles for ages infant through size 8. In addition to boys’ clothing and accessories, they sell a fun selection of books, toys, gifts, decor, and seasonal items.
